HERE ARE MY STUDY ESSENTIALS! just to share with you guys a few things i MUST have with me whenever i’m out to study! also in celebration of hitting 200 followers (now 218) despite only starting this studyblr less than a week ago? massive thankyou!! <3
1. Post it notes & Page flags
these little inventions technically saved my life! as someone who is extremely anal about flagging books to make sure i know where to refer to if i need anything page flags are definitely an essential. having post its around are very convenient as they’re good to make little notes in (which probably explains why i have like… 4 sizes of them HAHA)
2. Colourful writing materials
i am a visual learner thus i need everything to be colour coded and beautifully made for my eyes in order for me to study! thus i have a whole bunch of different brands that i love! [my favs are the staedtler, midliners, frixion colours, play colour 2 and mini doubles]
3. Bullet journal
I recently got into bullet journaling and as someone who cannot keep a journal for prolonged period of time i can tell you that this works wonders. it keeps everything i need to do and everything i have done and basically your life in one book! mine is just a black muji lined note (they only had grid ones that had little pages) and i just wrote my name on the cover!
4. Calculator
(imightormightnothaveincludedthisintoshowoffmycutepinkcalculatorlikeomglookatithowcananyonenotlikeit) As a student studying 8 subjects in school i practically bring my calculator in for every exam that i sit for, even if it was geography (hey, you need to calculate stuff too ok). i just got this pink from exclusively from UK and aside from being extremely pretty it’s also solar powered so yay! save the earth!
5. Handcream and lip balm
Where i live it is hot and humid 24/7.. take that and combine it with constant writing while studying you get super rough hands :( thus i use the hand food travel size one from soap&glory! and the moment my lips dry out they crack and bleed and with the weather here lipbalms are a life saviour! i’m quite a collector so i tend to use many different lipbalms here and there but my current favourite is the honeysuckle honeydew one from EOS :)
